You own your account and the balance in it. nagalangit holds your funds in trust. If you close your account, you can withdraw your full balance within 30 days. After 12 months of inactivity, we may freeze the account pending your contact; your balance remains yours to claim.
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Close Account, or email support. We process closures within 24 hours. Outstanding withdrawals are completed before final closure. After closure, you can reopen a new account after 7 days; this cooling-off period is part of our policy.
Contact support within 14 days of the withdrawal. We'll check transaction logs with your bank or payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS). If funds were sent but not received, the payment rail's support team investigates. We usually resolve disputes within 5–7 business days.
We post all changes here at least 30 days before they take effect. If a change materially affects your rights (e.g., new fees), we'll email you. Continued use of your account after the change date means you accept the updated Terms. You can always request the old version via support.

We send account updates, withdrawal confirmations and support messages to your registered email and phone. Marketing emails are optional — unsubscribe anytime in account preferences. We never sell your data to third parties. Your game history is used only to improve lobby features and fraud detection.
